Personal fitness tracker

Your health, in your own notebook.

Fit Notebook is a private place to log meals, weight and body measurements, activity, sleep and vitals — and to understand the trends behind them. Your entries stay yours: estimates are always labeled as estimates, and nothing you record is ever silently rewritten.

How it works

1

Log the day

Quick-add a meal, your weight, an activity or a vitals reading in a few taps — every screen also works with JavaScript off.

2

Understand energy

See what you've eaten against your daily target, and an estimated total expenditure that's always labeled as an estimate — never presented as a measurement.

3

Follow trends

Smoothed lines, goal markers and calculated values, each dated and versioned, so you can see where things are actually heading.

What you can track

Meal tracking

Search a food catalog, scan a barcode, or build a recipe. Every logged meal keeps a snapshot of its nutrients, so editing a food later never rewrites your history.

Weight & body measurements

Track weight and body measurements with smoothed 30-day lines and goal markers, in whichever units you prefer.

Activity & energy

Log daily activity and cardio sessions, and see an estimated daily expenditure that accounts for logged exercise without double-counting it.

Trends

Chart any metric you record over time, with weekly averages on longer ranges and an accessible data table alongside every chart.

Private by default

Your entries stay yours

Every record is scoped to your own account. Nobody else — including an administrator — sees your health data without a permission-controlled, audited reason.

Estimates are always labeled

A calculated or estimated value is never presented as something you measured. Formulas are versioned, and the inputs behind a calculation are kept alongside it.

History isn't silently rewritten

A logged meal keeps a snapshot of its nutrients at the moment you logged it — changing a food in the catalog later never changes what you already recorded.
